33 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Scribner, that <br />Ordinance No. 1577 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br />waiving further reading thereof, approving PUD-92-06, the <br />application of Joseph E. Madden for development plan approval to <br />construct a commercial service development consisting of a four- <br />building plan totalling 47,500 square feet or a five-building plan <br />totalling 52,500 sq. ft., located on Stanley Boulevard between <br />Valley Avenue and California Avenue, with the additional condition <br />presented by staff as condition #32. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />item 6b(1) <br />Stoneridqe Reqional Shopping Center Development Agreement <br /> <br />Application of Stoneridge Regional Shoppinq Center owners (Security <br />Trust Company, as Trustee under Trust ~1860-0) for a Development <br />Agreement which: (1) would allow presently permitted uses for the <br />15-year term of the Aqreement; (2) would allow new development <br />totalling an additional 356,000 sq. ft. of leasable floor area in <br />additional department stores, specialty stores, and/or additional <br />mall stores; (3) would restrict height of new improvements to that <br />of the existinq Center structures; (4) would establish minimum <br />parkinq ratios and allow up to three-level parkinq structures; and <br />(5) would establish and cap the owners' obligations for further <br />traffic mitiqation improvements. (SR92:380) <br /> <br />Also consider adoption of a Negative Declaration <br /> <br />Item 6b{2) <br />Approval of Sewer Aqreement for Stoneridqe Reqional Shopping Center <br />(SR92:386) <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> Robert Eynck, 200 East Long Lake Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI, <br />48013, represented the applicant. He stated that the applicant was <br />in agreement with the staff recommendations and conditions on this <br />project for the development and sewer agreements. He asked that <br />Council approve the project. He thanked staff for the support and <br />cooperation in putting the agreements together. He asked if there <br />was any questions and pointed out that Avner Naggar, Architect, and <br />Charley Clifford, Attorney, were also available should Council have <br />any questions. <br /> <br />9/15/92 <br /> <br /> <br />
