She stated that there was a median <br /> from W. Las Positas to this intersection. In order for her to <br /> enter her driveway on the west side of Fairlands Drive she must <br /> make a U-turn. She explained that vehicles travel fast in this <br /> area and it was very dangerous. She believed that a stop sign <br /> would help the situation. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Tarver, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br /> Resolution No. 92-176 be adopted, amending Resolution No. 76-79, <br /> (Establishing Traffic Regulations) to add a four way stop at <br /> Fairlands Drive and Churchill Drive/Churchill Court. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 911192 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
