135 <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked if Council could specify at this time that <br />the connection to Mirador Drive will be resolved at a later time. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush answered yes. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush responded to Council's concerns regarding <br />Subdivision Map Act provisions and Vehicle Code provisions. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift explained the General Plan and how Mirador Drive is <br />designated in it. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> Charlotte Severin, 4513 Mirador Drive, who was also <br />representing Mike Faber, President of Pleasanton Regional <br />Homeowners Association, spoke in opposition to the opening of <br />Mirador Drive. (A letter was presented to Council. P16~6s66att~ch6~) <br /> <br /> Frank Brandes, 6889 Corte Sonada, asked for clarification on <br />the amendment of the final map. <br /> <br /> The following people spoke in opposition to the opening of <br />Mirador Drive: Blaise Lofland, 1039 Nelson Court, Karin Kearl, <br />4524 Mirador Drive, Art Tenbrink, 4265 Mirador Drive, <br /> <br /> The following people spoke in support of approving the final <br />map as it has been presented, with Mirador Drive being a through <br />street: Kathryn Frye, 874 Bonde Court, Frank DePiero, 831 E. <br />Angela, Dean Buchenauer, 894 Bonita Avenue, Robert Myers, 717 E. <br />Angela Street, Don McKenzie, 790 E. Angela. <br /> <br /> Gene Ponds, 832 Abbie Street, and Pat Murray, 4470 Mirador <br />Drive, asked that Council approve the final map with the condition <br />that the Mirador Drive issue will be revisited. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pereira acknowledged that it is apparent that the issue of <br />Mirador Drive will need to be revisited. He reiterated that all <br />conditions have been met and asked that the final map be approved. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Tarvet declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> Council and staff had considerable discussion on the approval <br />process of the final map. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, <br />approving the final map for Tracts 6483 and 6518, Bonde Ranch, <br />Shapell Industries. <br /> <br />4/6/93 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
