135 Mayor Tarver asked if Council could specify at this time that the connection to Mirador Drive will be resolved at a later time. Mr. Roush answered yes. Mr. Roush responded to Council's concerns regarding Subdivision Map Act provisions and Vehicle Code provisions. Mr. Swift explained the General Plan and how Mirador Drive is designated in it. Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing open on the application. Charlotte Severin, 4513 Mirador Drive, who was also representing Mike Faber, President of Pleasanton Regional Homeowners Association, spoke in opposition to the opening of Mirador Drive. (A letter was presented to Council. P16~6s66att~ch6~) Frank Brandes, 6889 Corte Sonada, asked for clarification on the amendment of the final map. The following people spoke in opposition to the opening of Mirador Drive: Blaise Lofland, 1039 Nelson Court, Karin Kearl, 4524 Mirador Drive, Art Tenbrink, 4265 Mirador Drive, The following people spoke in support of approving the final map as it has been presented, with Mirador Drive being a through street: Kathryn Frye, 874 Bonde Court, Frank DePiero, 831 E. Angela, Dean Buchenauer, 894 Bonita Avenue, Robert Myers, 717 E. Angela Street, Don McKenzie, 790 E. Angela. Gene Ponds, 832 Abbie Street, and Pat Murray, 4470 Mirador Drive, asked that Council approve the final map with the condition that the Mirador Drive issue will be revisited. Mr. Pereira acknowledged that it is apparent that the issue of Mirador Drive will need to be revisited. He reiterated that all conditions have been met and asked that the final map be approved. There being no further testimony, Mr. Tarvet declared the public hearing closed. Council and staff had considerable discussion on the approval process of the final map. It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, approving the final map for Tracts 6483 and 6518, Bonde Ranch, Shapell Industries. 4/6/93 7
