The City Council continues to support Alameda County's <br /> efforts to secure funding to complete a first phase of <br /> the Route 84 facility between 1-580 and 1-680 <br /> (public/private partnerships are encouraged). <br /> <br /> B. Should a toll road be constructed, the portion of the <br /> facility funded with Measure B funds (I-580 to Vallecitos <br /> Road on Isabel Alignment) should be toll-free for local <br /> residents. <br /> <br /> C. The City Council is philosophically opposed to the toll <br /> road and finds it to be the least desirable alternative <br /> to traffic mitigation measures. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor <br /> Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 8d <br />Picketinq of Neighborhoods <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr asked staff to report back to Council regarding the <br />prohibition of picketing in neighborhoods. <br /> <br />Item 8e <br />Moller Ranch <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked that the Moller Ranch Project be scheduled <br />for the March 30, 1993 Special City Council meeting. She had some <br />concerns with the Negative Declaration, geological studies and <br />other items submitted with the tentative map application. <br /> <br />9.
