107 Ms. Acosta explained that staff would be presenting some design drawings to Council in late March or early April. Ms. Michelotti asked if Council would be able to make changes to the design at that time or is the opportunity lost. She asked that Council make a decision that is best for this community. Ms. Acosta stated that if changes were to be made they would need to be done at that time. Jack Hovingh, 4250 Muirwood Drive, urged Council to consider a format where each Councilmember selects several representatives to the General Plan Steering Committee. She indicated she had reviewed the record and the members of this item. The traffic circulation was adequate andthe density was appropriate for this area. It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Mr. Pico, that Ordinance No. 1590 be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approvingthe application of David Jones for Planned Unit Development Rezoning and Development Plan Approval as filed under Case PUD-90-12, but deleting the condition relative to the soundwall.
