427 <br /> <br /> Kent Pryor, 3425 Bernal Avenue, spoke in opposition to this ordinance or any other type <br />of rent control ordinances. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr asked if this ordinance applies to only those property owners that do not sign <br />the agreement. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush stated yes. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico stated that he met with the Mobile Home Committee and on a separate <br />occasion, with Mr. Burton, to discuss the rent control ordinance. He was pleased with meeting <br />all of the representatives and learned a lot about each one's opinion.
