81 <br /> <br /> With regard to salaries, it was determined that no salary <br />increase for the Council was to appear on the agenda until <br />requested by Council. <br /> <br /> Regarding the Tri-Valley Council, it was determined that the <br />organization was to continue as is. <br /> <br />2d. Memo from Mr. Pico <br /> <br /> There was Council consensus that no new agenda items be <br />introduced after 11:00 p.m., unless a majority of Council concurs. <br />Staff is to draft changes to the Council's Policies and Procedures <br />and return to Council for action. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico expressed his desire that the Design Review Board not <br />be disbanded. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico suggested encouraging Tri-Valley cooperation. The <br />consensus was to set up tabletop discussions on various issues at <br />the next meeting and encourage representatives to mix with other <br />groups. <br /> <br /> The last item on Mr. Pico's memorandum suggested holding <br />Council workshops with former Pleasanton elected officials. This <br />was determined not to be feasible and was eliminated. <br /> <br />2e.
