MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Shirley Lauer, 2221 Martin Avenue, referred to the <br />November 17, 1992 City Council meeting when the Livermore Airport <br />expanded APA was discussed. She asked if the letter requesting an <br />EIR was sent. Ms. Lauer also asked when the next ABAG hearing <br />would be. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta was not aware of when the next ABAG meeting would <br />be held. She would be attending a meeting in Livemore within the <br />next week regarding what the next steps will be in this process. <br />Ms. Acosta will notify Council of any decisions or meeting dates <br />set after attending this meeting. <br /> <br /> Loring Brown, 5050 Lynbrook Court, spoke in regards to the <br />PAN-CAL development near his home. He thanked Council and staff <br />for decisively addressing his concerns (raised at the 12/15/92 City <br />Council meeting). <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Item 6a <br />Water Efficient Landscapes and Irriqation Systems Desiqn Ordinance <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the January 19, 1993 City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />RZ-92-4, City of Pleasanton <br />Application to amend the City of Pleasanton Municipal Code to <br />1) create incentives for property owners to retain and upqrade <br />unreinforced masonry buildinqs~ and 2) create an incentive for <br />Downtown property owners to allow public use of privately-owned, <br />off street parkinq facilities. <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the January 19, 1993 City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />1/5/93 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
