216 <br /> <br /> 15. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council met at 6:30 to discuss George Butler. et at. v. City_ of Dublin, M.rB Pipeline v, <br /> City_ of Pleasanton, Powell v. Ci_ty of Pleasanton and Greenbelt AllianCe v, LAFCO. Because <br /> these items were not completed prior to the meeting, the Council reconvened in closed session <br /> after the regular meeting. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that staff was to contact the <br /> Dublin staff as follows: Pleasanton requests (1) that the hearing in the Butler v. City_ of Dublin <br /> matter be continued until 1994 in order that the trial briefs would not be fried until after the <br /> November election and (2) that the Dublin Council meet with the Pleasanton Council to discuss <br /> Pleasanton's concerns; in the event, however, that Dublin will not agree to this extension, then <br /> the City Attorney' s office is directed to file a complaint in intervention in the Bl~tler case and/or <br /> file a separate action concerning Dublin's approval of its East Dublin General and Specific <br /> Hans. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as foll0wS: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Pico and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: Councilmembers Mohr and Scribner <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 16.
