215 <br /> <br />Item 1 If <br />Alameda County Waste Management Authority <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br />Item llg <br />Livermore Amador Valley Water Management Authoritv/Tri-VaHey Wastewater Authority <br /> <br /> The Mayor indicated that on July 28, 1993 LAVWMA had considered certain <br />amendments to the LAVWMA Joint Powers Agreement and that the final form of these <br />amendments would be considered at the LAVWMA meeting on August 18. If there were minor <br />changes to the amendments made at the meeting, the Mayor wanted the Council to authorize him <br />and Vice-Mayor Scribner to be able to vote on those changes without having to delay the item <br />for another month. <br /> <br /> The Council discussed the proposed amendments including that Pleasanton did not object <br />if DSRSD did not choose to take the 12.7 MGD Project to its voters.
