(SR93:302) <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing open on the application. <br /> <br /> There being no testimony, Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked how this ordinance compares to ordinances in other cities. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift believed that the height limits are higher. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that Ordinance No. 1600 <br /> be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, amending Sections <br /> 18.112.020, 18.20.010 and 18.84.150, of the PleasanWn Municipal Code concerning height <br /> limits for telecommunications facilities and development standards for satellite earth stations. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Item 6c <br /> Policy Direction to the Livermore Amador Valley Wastewater Management Authority <br /> Board Members <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked for appropriate direction from Council concerning possible <br /> amendments to the LAVWMA YPA. He explained the concem's expressed in a letter prepared <br /> by DSRSD. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico felt that people within DSRSD could vote on a LAVWMA Project. <br /> <br /> 07/20/93 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
