148 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, designating the Steering <br /> Committee as the Ridgelands Review Committee for purposes of reviewing the draft Pleasanton- <br /> Hayward agreement/General Plan for the Pleasanton Ridgelands. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, and seconded by Mayor Tarvet, directing staff to do all that <br /> is reasonably feasible to attempt a parallel process between the Planning Commission and the <br /> General Plan Steering Committee, to facilitate a ballot measure in November. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: Councilmember Scribner <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Wastewater Capacity Repurchase Protn'am (11193:66) <br /> Mr. Elliott presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked if this was going to be sewer capacity without water availability. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift replied that if there was another sewage expansion the City will run out of <br /> sewage capacity before running out of water. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked for clarification of how the City has been charging the tenants. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta explained where the monies are placed and distributed from. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift reiterated the refunding process. <br /> <br /> There was considerable discussion on the refunding of these monies, and why the staff <br /> recommends this refund, and the funds the monies would be distributed from. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico believed that the City has other options rather than refund these tenants at this <br /> time.
