Mr. Pico restated his motion to include an amendment to the boundary adjustments in <br />Item 9 to include the suggested wording from the mayor: * as amended by paragraph 7 or <br />should Hayward not detach the property to allow Pleasanton to review building applications;~ <br />and delete second paragraph under Section II of the draft pl~asanton Ridgelands Area Plan; to <br />modify the boundaries to include the area in the comer; all with the understanding that <br />Pleasanton is bound by the requirements of Measure M. <br />The vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: Councilmember Dennis <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Scribner, to direct staff to put the agreement <br />into proposed form and direct the General Plan Review Steering Committee and the Planning <br />Commission to review and comment upon the agreement and to make recommendations as to <br />the timing of a proposed ballot measure to comply with Measure M requirements. <br />The vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Tarver, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to request the General Plan <br />Review Steering Committee and staff to bring back recommendations to Council prior to <br />July 30, 1993. <br />The vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Pie, o, and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: Councilmembers - Mohr and Scribner <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico clarified that it was his intent that the Committee and Planning Commission <br />should set the timing.
