58 It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that Resolution No. 93-70, be adopted, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Cooperative Agreement between the City -- and the County of Alameda to participate in the Alameda County Home Consortium for a period of three ears for the purposes of securing federal home funds and developing the Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS). The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Item 6d Letter of Request to County of Alameda to Set Priority on Ridgelands Agreement Ms. Acosta explained that there has been some conceptual agreements with the County and City of Hayward but to expedite the process, Mayor Tarver and Mayor Sweeney will be writing a letter to the County requesting this. Mr. Swift stated that the County Committee on Land Use and Transportation will be meeting next Monday and this matter is on that agenda. The County Planning Director expects to get direction from the Board/Committee as to the time frame of this agreement. Mr. Roush added that a meeting has been tentatively scheduled for June 10 with City of Hayward, the County and Pleasanton staff to continue discussions about the proposed agreement. Council had no objection to the Mayor's sending the County a letter of request. Item 6e Approval of Baseline Traffic Report for 1993 In response to Mr. Pico's question, Mr. van Gelder explained that the assumptions in this report are the same as last year. The last assumption change was made approximately three years ago. It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, accepting the Baseline Traffic Report for 1993.
