Mr. Dalander explained the status of the project and <br />described the various stages and when they should be complete. <br /> <br /> There was general discussion on the financing, cost to build, and time of build out. <br /> 7:30 p. ra. <br />12. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> An unidentified speaker, a Pl~nton crossing guard, was concerned not oniy with losing <br />her job but for the safety of the children as well. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet explained that public hearings will be scheduled to discuss this matter as <br />well as the whole State budget and how it will effect the City. He assured the audience that <br />Council has not taken any action on this matter nor will it until public hearings are held. <br /> <br />14.
