She felt that there was no justification in denying this applicant the right <br /> to build this home. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver shared his concern with fire, safety, access, size and visual impact <br /> of the home. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush stated that Council could adopt rules and regulations or mend the <br /> ordimmce so that such appeals could not be filed until the Design Review Board or <br /> Planning Commission took action. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis shared her concern with the size of the house. She was concerned that <br /> this will begin a trend of building even larger houses within the existing PUD. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, denying the appeal and <br /> thereby upholding approval of the application of Stoddard Design, Inc., as filed under <br /> Case Z-92-174. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Mohr and Scfibner <br /> NOES: Councilmembers Dennis, Pico and Mayor Tarver <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Tarver to deny the application of Stoddard Design, Inc., as <br /> filed under Case Z-92-174. <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, and seconded by Mr. Pico, that Resolution No. 93-51 <br /> be adopted, upholding the appeal and denying, without prejudice, the application of <br /> Stoddard Design, Inc., as filed under Case Z-92-174. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Pico and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: Councilmember Mohr and Scribner <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 05/04/93 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
