He then <br />described the elevations, floor plan, color scheme, landscaping and visual impact of this <br />house. He urged Council to approve this project. <br /> <br /> Dean WagermE, 3003 Hopyard Road and Charles Bettencourt, 5505 Jensen <br />Drive, objected to this appeal. Mr. Bettencourt, who is the owner of this property, <br />described the lot and design of the house. He believed that there would be little to no <br />visible impact. <br /> <br /> Don Temple, 6409 Alisal, questioned if the comments that are being made this <br />evening are relevant or personal. <br /> <br /> In response to Council's concerns, Mr. Swift explained the length and grade of this <br />driveway and the City regulations as they relate to the driveway.
