111 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, authorizing the Director of <br /> Parks and Community Services to waive fees for the use of the Pleasanton Senior Center on <br /> December 19, 1993 to allow the Pleasanton Rotary Club to host a holiday dinner for the <br /> Pleasanton Seniors, and to provide City paratransit services as needed to transport seniors with <br /> disabilities to the dinner. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br />(JD ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Item 6e <br /> Item 4n <br /> Support for ABAG resolution supporting the Legislative Analyst's proposed State/Local <br /> Government Reform (SR93:443) <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> The Council discussed the proposed resolution and the Legislative Analyst's Report. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that Resolution No. 93-143, <br /> be adopted, authorizing the Mayor to support a more general ABAG resolution regarding the <br /> structural reform concepts in the Legislative Analyst's report "Making Government make <br /> Sense", with the following changes to be made, 1)to support SB16; 2) ABAG is to develop its <br /> own committee which will discuss principles and concepts; 3) there should be more cooperation <br /> with local government; and 4) League of California Cities' activities on restructuring government <br /> should be considered. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 7.
