Mr. <br />Swift replied that it could be used as a pocket park, sold to the adjacent property owner, or <br />developed by another purchaser. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr asked about the ten foot sidewalk provision and Mr. Swift explained that <br />included the sidewalk and a planting area. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico asked if the neighborhood had been noticed and Mr. Swift replied affirmatively. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver inquired how the road improvements of $2.8 million would be funded. Ms. <br />Acosta stated that the money would come from gas tax. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner indicated the Downtown Task Force had recommended that this intersection <br />not be changed.
