Mayor Tarver moved this item to Reports of the City Manager <br /> (Item 6d). <br /> <br /> Dan Diez, Senior Recreation Supervisor, presented a red ribbon and button to Council <br /> for Red Ribbon Week and reminded Council that the week of October 23-31 is Red Ribbon <br /> <br /> Timothy O'Hara, attorney for Jerry Wagner, referred to a letter (dated 10/18/93) <br /> previously sent to Council regarding the ordinance to amend the Municipal Bode concerning <br /> mobile home rents. <br /> <br /> 4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that the following actions <br /> be taken on the Consent Calendar, as amended: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for 10/06/93. <br /> <br /> b. Approve the Traffic Committee Minutes for the October 7, 1993 meeting. <br /> (IR93:88) <br /> <br /> c. Proclaim October 23-31, 1993 as "Red Ribbon Week". <br /> <br /> d. Accept the Water Conservation Plan and Water Report for September 1993. <br /> (IR93:83) <br /> <br /> e. Accept the public improvements for Augustin Bernal Park, Phase II, Project No. <br /> 897043, authorize the filing of the Notice of Completion, the final payment in the <br /> amount of $132,217.16 and the release of the ten percent (10%) retention in the <br /> amount of $13,217.16, thirty (30) days after the filing of the Notice of <br /> Completion, to Gateway Landscape Construction, Inc. (SR93:409) <br /> <br /> f. Accept the public improvements for Tract 6515, Verona II - Signature Properties <br /> and authorize the filing of the Notice of Completion. (SR93:408) <br /> <br /> g.
