Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at <br />7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro Called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers Rebecca L. Dennis, Karin Mohr, Thomas P. Pieo Jr., Dorothy N. Scribner <br />and Mayor Ben C. Tarvet. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br />Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Roger Higdon, City Engineer; and Bill van Gelder, Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta pointed out that the following items were added to the agenda by addendum: <br />Item 4n, Adopt Ordinance No. 1609, Amending Chapter 9.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />Concerning Smoking in Public and WOrk Places; Item 4o, Adopt Ordinance No. 1611. <br />Appr0ving the Application of Richard Parejo for Planned Unit Development Rezoning and <br />Development Plan Approval as filed under Case PUD-93-01; Item 13b, Ordinance No. 1606. <br />Approving the Application of Boulevard Devel0pment/Moller Properties for a Ma_ior <br />ModifiCation as filed under Case PUD-90-19-2M; and Item 13c, Ordinance No. 1610, <br />Approving the AppliCation of Prudential InSurance Company/Signature Properties for <br />Development Plan Approval as filed under CaSe PLID-81-30-$fD. <br /> <br /> Item 14b, Laguna Oaks Bernal Avenue Bridge/The DeSilva Group was continued to the <br />November 16, 1993 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Item 14c, AP-93-7/Z-93-148, JOhn Ybarra is to be referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> 10/19/93 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
