The site is zoned PUD (Planned Unit DevelOpment) - HDR (High <br /> Density Residential) District. (SR93:411) <br /> <br /> Also consider adoption of a Negative Declaration <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr suggested placing a skateboard facility in the proposed park. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing open on the application. <br /> <br /> Jim Ghielmetti, 6612 Owens Drive, representing Signature Properties, thanked staff for <br /> completing a staff report of this size. He was in agreement with Option 2. He requested <br /> Council to approve this recommendation. He was willing to chair a citizens' committee to help <br /> develop and work out citizens' concerns in approving the citizens' park.
