Mr. Roush indicated the base rent adjustment can occur any time, but only once. The <br />annual rent adjustments, however, can change more often. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver inquired if a new park owner could apply to change the base rent. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush indicated if the previous park owner had already gone through the process, <br />then no. <br /> <br /> Mr. Burton then expressed his concern about a possible extension of del Valle Parkway <br />and cited past staff reports and minutes that referred to that. He wanted a subcommittee of the <br />General Plan Steering Committee to review this so he can have a final decision. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver indicated that Council has discussed del Valle Parkway at length and has <br />indicated that it would not go through. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to introduce Ordinance No. 1608, <br />to be read by title only, amending the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 6.60, regarding <br />mobile home space rents; to add a paragraph 4 on page two to include other relevant <br />information; to clarify that the base year rent adjustment is a one time event; and on page 2 to <br />modify "comparable property" to read "comparable mobile home park property". <br />The vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, seconded by Mr. Pico, to adopt Resolution No. 93-126, <br />amending the Master Fee Resolution concerning fees in connection with the mobile home rent <br />stabilization ordinance. <br />The vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked for clarification on Council's options regarding the Kottinger Hills <br />project following the election. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner indicated this was not on the agenda and should be considered at another <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> 10/1/93 <br /> -6- <br /> <br /> <br />
