42 It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that Ordinance No. 1606 be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, appwving PUD-90- 19-2M, but modifying Condition 16 to provide that if the spring boxes which serve the Sorensen pwperty are located on the Moller property, the developer shah grant the same rights and privileges to Ms. Sorerisen as those provided in a recorded document between A.D. Clement and I. C. Gallagher, recorded May 16, 1916, Book 2469, Page 33, Alameda County records, and including a condition that the developer provide an open offer of dedication of a public trail and staging area between B Court and the southwest comer of the site.
