41 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to have an open offer of dedication <br /> of a public trail and staging area between B Court and the south west comer of the site, in order <br /> to provide a potential public trail and staging area access to the Tehan Canyon area, to be <br /> described and shown on the final map. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Mohr, to modify Condition//15 to allow <br /> the developer itself to underground one-half of the utilities on the east side of Foothill Road, in <br /> lieu of paying the cost. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to add a condition to require <br />-- that all public improvements be completed before any custom lots are sold. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follOWs: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarvet <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico praised the project and the cooperation of the Moller's and the developer. <br /> However, he did not feel this was the time to approve more residential development. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet was not in support of the project because of the proposed easement <br /> language in Condition//16.
