ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br /> Councilmembers Rebecca L. Dennis, Karin Mohr, Thomas P. Pico Jr., Dorothy N. Scribner <br /> and Mayor Ben C. Tarver. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; <br /> Steven Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development; Roger Higdon, Assistant of Public Works <br /> and Utilities; Gary Smith, Director of Building Inspection; Dolores Bengtson, Director of Parks <br /> and Community Services; and GaLl Gilpin, Transportation Systems Manager. <br /> <br /> ~, A(i}ENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Staff pointed out the following amendments: <br /> <br /> Item 4q, Ordinance 1605. an Amendment to Municipal Code regarding in-lieu ~ark <br /> agliFlljgB_f.{g~ and Item 4r, Reo_uest for Participation in Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce <br /> Economic Video, were added to the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br /> Item 6e, Review of Bids. Selection of Furniture and its Location and Award of Contract <br /> for Downtown Beautification Improvements. Project 938036, was expanded to include the color <br /> of street light poles and lanterns. <br /> <br /> Item 10b was a duplicate of Item 6d therefore, that item was deleted. <br /> <br /> Item 14b, Laguna Oaks Bernal Avenue Bridge/The DeSilva Group, was continued to the <br /> September 21, 1993 City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr requested that Item 4f be removed from the Consent Calendar; Ms. Scribner <br /> requested that Item 4n be removed from the Consent Calendar; Ms. Dennis requested that Item <br /> 4p be removed from the Consent Calendar, and Mr. Pico requested that Item 41 be removed <br /> from the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver stated that Item 4f, 41, 4n and 4p would be moved to Reports of the City <br /> Manager as items 6f, 6g, 6h and 6i. <br /> <br /> 09107193 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
