(SR93:352) <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis hoped that the $20,000 will have some component of encouraging more of <br /> the businesses to stay open later in the evenings. She thought that the business owners would <br /> benefit from doing so. <br /> <br /> Gail Gilpin, Transportation Systems Manager, explained that the grand re-opening of <br /> Main Street will be November 5th and 6th.
