The Development Agreement states that the City and County <br /> will provide Signature with a Estoppel Certificate at any time Signature needs one, if Signature <br /> is not in default. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush agreed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, authorizing the City <br /> Manager to sign the Amendment and Consent to Assignment of Development Agreement for the <br /> Ruby Hill project. <br /> <br /> Th~ roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Scribner and Mayor Tarvet <br /> NOES: Councilmember Pico <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Item 6h <br /> Item 4n <br /> R~olution ADDrOVln_~ the ADplication for Federal TEA Funds for Pleasanton Railroad <br /> Association Historic Corridor Rehabffitation Pro_iect (SR93:360) <br /> <br /> Ms. Scfibner was not opposed to the concept of the nilroad corridor plan but was <br /> concerned with this application because the Southern Pacific line was listed as part of the plan. <br /> There has never been discussion as to which line was going to be used by the Railroad <br /> Association.
