PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> <br />Item 6a <br />Proposed 4-hour parking zone on Pleasanton Avenue south of the fairgrounds and <br />ACE rail parking lot entrance (SR 99:231) <br /> <br /> Randall Lure presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked if the street parking spaces were counted as the parking <br />required for the building. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lure said no. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala remembered discussion and action that would prohibit any on-street <br />parking. She preferred no parking on either side of the street. Are parking spaces needed? <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum said it is a benefit to the office building complex.
