She believed the true characterization <br />of the project did not come forth from the petitioners. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala said the Council needed to work together on the larger issues. She said the <br />School District has purchased a school site and a new school will be available in the fall of 2000, <br />which will take care of this project. This plan is completely consistent with the General Plan. <br />She asked the voters to study the issues, to read all the information and make an educated <br />decision.
