MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> July 20, 1999 <br /> <br />6:30 p.m. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Conferred with real property negotiator Deborah Acosta regarding potential <br />purchase of the San Francisco Bemal Avenue Property and the purchase of 157 Main <br />Street. <br /> <br />6:50 p.m. GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICTS <br /> <br /> Chairperson Ben Tarver called the meeting of the Board of Directors of the <br />various Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts to order at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br /> Randall Lum presented the staff report. (SR 99:211, SR 99:210, SR 99:212) <br /> Chairperson Tarver opened the public hearings. <br /> <br /> There being no speakers, the public hearings were closed. <br /> <br />It was moved by Boardmember Ayala, seconded by Boardmember Miehelotti, to <br />adopt Resolution No. 99-097, confirming assessments within the Oak Tree Farm <br />Geologic Hazard Abatement District (Tract 6563 and 6748) and ordering levy and <br />collection thereof; to adopt Resolution No. 99-098, confirming assessments within <br />the Moller Ranch Geologic Hazard Abatement District and ordering levy and <br />collection thereof; and to adopt Resolution No. 99-099, confirming assessments <br />within the Laurel Creek Estates Geologic Hazard Abatement District and ordering <br />levy and collection thereof. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was s follows: <br />AYES: Boardmembers -Ayala, Michelotti, Pico, and Chairperson Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Boardmember Dennis <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 1 07/20/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
