If it needs more information, it shotrid direct staff to get it more information. It should do whatever it needs to do in order to make a recommendation to the Council. Then the Council can move forward and decide which ballot this issue should be placed on. Ms. Ayala thanked the Planning Commission for its hard work. Ms. Dennis felt changes could be made to the project during the public hearing process. It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded Ms. Ayala, directing the Planning Commission to take the time needed to adequately address the project and forward a recommendation concerning every aspect of the project to the City Council.
