CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Ayala called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at <br /> 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />__ 2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br /> Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Sharrell Michelotti, and Thomas P. Pico, Jr. <br /> Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael Roush, City <br /> Attomey; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Randall <br /> Lum, Public Works Director and Mike Fulford, Landscape Architect. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Dennis and Mayor Tarver were absent and excused. <br /> <br /> 3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said due to the Mayor's absence, Item 6c, Review of the Pleasanton <br /> Traffic Model and approval of the 1998 Baseline Traffic Report, would be continued. <br /> Staff will find out when the consultants are available and set a date. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Ayala requested Item 6e, City Council review of School Impact Fee <br /> Committee Report and concurrence with School Board's determination of a cash flow <br /> shortfall, be continued to the June 22 Budget Workshop/Special City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti wanted to recognize there is a cash flow shortage at tonight's <br /> meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
