4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that the following actions be <br />taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br />a. Approve City Council Minutes for May 4, 1999. <br /> <br />b. Proclaim June 6 - 12, 1999 as Affordable Housing Week. <br /> <br />c. Proclaim June 6 - 12, 1999 as National Association of Retired Federal Employees Week <br /> <br />d. Commend Gay Hon, Murtaza Mogri and Krista Hcaton for their impressive participation in <br /> the Tri-Valley Science and Engineering Fair and the Intel International Science and <br /> Engineering Fair competition. <br /> <br />e. Proclaim June 14, 1999 as Flag Day in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />f. Approve the monthly disbursements in the mount of $7,369,531.46 and investment <br /> reports and COPS AB3229 Expenditures Reports for April 1999. (SR99:150) <br /> <br />g. Adopt Resolution No. 99-060, authorizing the renewal of a cooperative agreement with <br /> Alameda County to participate in the Alameda County HOME Consortium for the purpose <br /> of receiving federal HOME funds for affordable housing development for Fiscal Years <br /> 2000, 2001, and 2002. Approve the terms and conditions of the contracts with Alameda County for library <br /> automation, bookmobile service, enhanced interlibrary loan service and authorize the City <br /> Manager to execute the attached contracts for fiscal year 1999-2000. Reintroduce Ordinance 1779 to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br /> creating Chapter 2.33 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to establish the Pleasanton <br /> Public Library as an independent library.
