Mayor Tarver said the study is the same as originally discussed. How the committee <br />approaches the task is up to it. (SR99: 144) <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said the staff report is asking whether Council wants to participate in the study <br />of the regional impacts of the CAPP Initiative. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver said he would not support the motion because staff is doing its own analysis <br />and he felt people were just gathering information for law suits. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to participate in the regional <br />analysis being prepared by the County Economic Development Advisory Board of the <br />Pleasanton Public Planning Initiative. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Ayala, Dennis, and Michelotti. <br />NOES: CouncilmemberPico and Mayor Tarver. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br /> <br />7.
