Commend the Amador Valley High School Girls' Varsity Basketball Team members and <br /> coaches for a season record of 30-3; for participating in the North Coast Sectional <br /> playoffs; winning the Division II NorCal Basketball Championships; placing second in <br /> the CIF State Championship, losing by a mere three points to the seven-time State <br /> Champions of Brea O'Linda; while maintaining a team scholastic average of 3.33. <br /> <br /> d. Proclaim May 1999 as Older Americans Month and recognize the talents, achievements <br /> and contributions of the members of the senior community and encourage the community <br /> to participate in appropriate events in recognition of this special observance. <br /> <br /> e. Proclaim May 1, 1999, as the Youth Master Plan Mapping Day and encourage all <br /> Pleasanton residents to support the project by participating in mapping day activities. <br /> <br /> f. Adopt Resolution No. 99-045, authorizing the filing of an application with the <br /> Metropolitan Transportation Commission for allocation of TDA funds for the Bike Path <br />-- Project on the Alamo Canal/Arroyo De La Laguna for Fiscal Year 99/2000. Approve the plans and specifications for the Main Street Bridge Earthquake Retrofit at <br /> Arroyo Del Valle, Project No. 965042; review the bids received and award the contract to <br /> Amana Engineering and Construction, Inc. of Berkeley, Califomia for a low bid of <br /> $119,715; approve a contract with M K Centennial in the not-to-exceed amount of <br /> $17,480 for construction management and inspection services; and authorize the City <br /> Manager to execute the agreements. Approve an amendment to the consultant contract with Mundie and Associates in the <br /> amount of $20,000, for the completion of the final EIR and Mitigation Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Plan for the San Francisco Bemal Property project.
