Mr. Pico commended City staff for its efforts in the negotiation of this agreement. Mr. <br />Tarver agreed and also thanked Prudential for mitigation of traffic impacts and assuming <br />responsibility. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked what projects in the Business Park will have to be reviewed again. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated no projects already approved. A clarification will be made to the <br />General Plan. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, seconded by Ms. Mohr, to approved the Second <br />Amendment to Roadway Improvements Agreement between Alameda County, the Surplus <br />Property Authority of Alameda County, the City of Pleasanton and the City of Dublin. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />4.
