REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Item 12a <br />Request for Repeal of Ordinance Concerning Parking Vehicles with "For Sale" Signs on <br />City StreetS (SR 94:266) <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, seconded by Ms. Mohr, to introduce Ordinance No. 1635 <br />to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving an amendment to the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code repealing Section 11.36.110 concerning the display of "For Sale" <br />signs on automobiles parked on City streets. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />13.
