(SR94:204) <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis declared the public hearing open on the item. <br /> <br /> There being no testimony, Ms. Dennis declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr asked that the traffic engineers consider the timing of the traffxc signal at <br />Owens and Hopyard. She believed that the time setting for the lights has not been adjusted to <br />account for the construction in the area. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1628 <br />be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the <br />amendment to Chapter 18.96 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to allow the Planning Director <br />to grant temporary exceptions to the ordinance regulations during constructions projects; and to <br />approve temporary exceptions to the Sign Ordinance for 1-580/Hopyard Road Interchange <br />businesses (see attached). <br /> <br />06/21/94 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
