MATTERS CONTINUED OF DECISION <br /> <br />Item 6a <br />APWA Award to City of Pleasanton for Main Street Reconstruction Project (SR94: 192) <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />Proee.Ssing of General Plan amendments during the General Plan update (SR94: 166) <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico commented that he did not want to see a moratorium on these types of <br />applications; however, he urged Council not to deviate from the General Plan update process. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, to direct staff to refer <br />General Plan amendment requests through the General Plan update process; should a formal <br />application be submitted despite this direction, staff will refer it to the Council on an ad hoe <br />basis; and to direct staff to process all other land use applications through the normal process, <br />but with significant projects, should any be submitted, to be referred to Council for an ad hoe <br />decision as to how to process them .... <br /> <br />The r011 call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Scribner <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7. Mr. <br />McKeehan referred to his letter that was sent to Council prior to this meeting.
