SPECIAL AND INFORMATION REPORTS <br /> <br />Item 9a <br />ACtiOnS Of the Zonin~ Administrator and Plannin~ Commission (IR94:34) <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br />Item 9b <br />Hil;hway 84 Project Def'mition as requested by the Tri-Valley Transportation Council <br />(SR94: 159) <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver requested that a meeting be set between the environmental groups and the <br />mayors of Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin and a Board of Supervisors representative to discuss <br />the option of a public/private partnership and a toll road process. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr recalled having discussions last year regarding the alternatives for the toll road <br />and the limited access addressing growth issues. She asked for the status of those discussions. <br /> <br /> Mr. van Gelder explained that the process is going very slowly.
