PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Item 7a <br />In-Lieu Park Dedication Fees (SR94: 162) <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the June 7, 1994 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Item 7C <br />Levy of Annual ASsessment for Downtown Pleasanton Business Improvement District for <br />1995 (SR94:169) <br /> <br /> Mr. Iremonger presented the staff report and asked to read a letter from Don Mendez, <br />218 Ray Street, who was unable to attend this evenings meeting. Mr. Mendez was concerned <br />with the Downtown Association's method of selecting businesses to sponsor the "Fridays in the <br />Park" series. He didn't believe that all of the businesses in downtown were aware that they may <br />sponsor the concerts (e.g. balloons, giveaways, etc.). <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Resolution No. 94-60, be <br />adopted, confn'ming the Downtown Pleasanton Advisory Board Report and levying the 1995 <br />assessment. <br /> <br />The roll Call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Pico <br /> <br />05/17/94 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
