The roll call vote was as follows: <br />' AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: Councilmember Pico <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1623 <br /> be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving PUD-94-1, <br /> A.F. Evans Co.; with the condition that prior to a building permit being issued for the project, <br /> that the City consider a further project to extend Junipero Avenue. <br /> <br /> A substitute motion was made by Mr. Pico, to approve PUD-94-1, A.F.
