Mayor Tarver had requested that the ACA 1 (Prop. 180) be added to the agenda for further discussion. It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that Resolution No. 94-37, be adopted, adding ACA 1 (Prop. 1) to the April 19, 1994 City Council agenda for consideration. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTRIN: None Mr. Pico requested staff to give a brief summary of Item 4f. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that the following actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: a. Approve the City Council Minutes for 04/05/94. b. Accept the public improvements for Annual Sanitary Sewer Replacement, authorize the filing of the Notice of Completion, authorize the final payment in the amount of $1,982.20 and the release of the retention in the amount of $10,894.43 thirty days after the filing of the Notice of Completion to JSJ Pipeline Company. (SR94:112) e. Approve the Assignment, Assumption and Release Agreement between Ahmanson Developments, Inc., Davidon Homes, and the City of Pleasanton, for Tract 6266, Laguna Oaks Unit "A". (SR94: 109) d. Proclaim May 1-7, 1994 as Hire-A-Veteran Week. e. This item was removed from the agenda. f. This item was moved to REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER. g.
