Mr. Bocian then pointed out that Item 8a, Further Revisions tO Council Rules and <br />!Dperating Procedures was continued to the April 5, 1994 City Council meeting. __. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Resolution No. 94-23, be <br />adopted, adding Labor Negotiations with the Police Officers Association to Closed Session. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was aS follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Vice Mayor Dennis <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Bocian introduced the new Public Works Director, Randy Lum. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico reiterated the purpose of items 4d, 4e and 4g. He then referred to Item 4f, and <br />commented that perhaps the State limitations and those that are in the City' s proposed ordinance <br />on water conservation may be too high. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis spoke to item 4e. She stated that there are now opportunities for citizens to <br />get involved in calling voters and getting out the vote in favor of this item. Citizens may call <br />the East Bay Regional Park District for more information. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked that the recorded vote for Item 10d of the minutes of the February 15, <br />1994 City Council meeting be changed to reflect that Councilmembers Dennis and Pico voted <br />no and Councilmember Mohr voted aye. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that the following actions <br />be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for February 15, 1994, as amended. <br /> <br /> b. Accept the Traffic Committee Minutes for the February 3, 1994 meeting. <br /> (IR94:10) <br /> <br /> c. Approve the monthly disbursements and Investments Report for the month of <br /> January 1994 in the amount of $5,535,345.88. (SR94:65) <br /> <br /> d. Adopt Resolution No. 94-24, approving the Adopt-A-Park Program. (SR94:74) <br /> <br /> e. Adopt Resolution No. 94-25, endorsing the Californians for Parks and Wildlife <br /> Bond Act of 1994.
