He was recommending that Lois Lutz be appointed to this Committee. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr pointed out that she was not notified of the interview dates and would have <br />liked to have participated in the interview process. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Tarver, and seconded by Mr. Pico, that Resolution No. 94-19 <br />be adopted, appointing Lois Lutz as a Regular Member to the South Livermore Area Land Trust <br />Steering Committee Board of Directors. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pieo, Seribner and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked that Council consider an ordinance similar to Oakland's regarding gun <br />dealers. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver requested the following: <br /> 1) that there be discussions regarding the CMA proposal for "Transportation Vision <br /> 2010"; <br /> 2) that Council review of the League Analyst's response to the proposed State <br /> Budget; <br /> 3) that a Council Workshop be scheduled for March 29, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. to <br /> discuss "Restructuring Government"; <br /> 4) that a Council Workshop be scheduled for March 22, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. to <br /> discuss the new Brown Act regulations; and <br /> 5) that there be support of Hayward's efforts to get legislative clarification on the <br /> Ridgelands MOU. <br /> <br />02/15/94 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
