11, (;1TY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br />12, REPORTS OF THE CITY ATYORNEY <br /> There were none. <br /> <br />13, LEGISLATIVE UPDATE REPORTS <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br />14, CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico pointed out that the Livemore Amador Valley Transit Authority' s meeting has <br />been changed from March 7, 1994 to March 21, 1994. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner clarified that the Housing Community and Economic Development League <br />meeting is March 18 not February 18, 1994. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver will be out of town and will not be attending the March 1, 1994 City <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br />15. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council adjourned to Closed Session at 11:00 p.m. to discuss with their property <br />negotiations purchasing capacity in the EBDA pipeline. <br /> <br /> Peter MacDonald, 400 Main Street, Suite 210, asked Council not to discuss the issue of <br />urban limit lines, the traffic mitigation measures, purchase of capacity and the possibility of <br />placing an initiative on the ballot regarding the capacity of the EBDA pipeline because these are <br />all matters that should be open to the public and not discussed in closed session. <br /> <br />02/15/94 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
