Mayor Tarver then announced that there was going to be a meeting with Ed Campbell <br />on January 19, 1994 at 4:30 p.m. at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. He encouraged Council~-- <br />to attend this meeting. <br /> <br /> In view of that, Mr. Roush suggested adjourning tonight's meeting to January 19, 1994 <br />at 4:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver also questioned the stares of BART surplus funds regarding their possible <br />use for a third station. He also asked if the County would be dedicating property for parking. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta will draft a letter to the Board of Supervisor's encouraging the Board's <br />assistance in getting a third station in west Dublin. Perhaps the Board would provide the land <br />for parking (at the east Dublin station) until the west Dublin station is built. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver also inquired about the status of goal setting by Council. Ms. Scribner <br />recommended having a facilitator. Ms. Acosta is to discuss this and present a list of possible <br />facilitators to Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico inquired if earthquake ashstance could be sent to the Los Angeles area. He <br />also expressed concern about the design of the 580/680 flyover.
