Mayor Tarver asked if the Ruby Hill residents will pay more or less than Pleasanton <br />residents for sewer services. He then asked if there was an agreement with Signature Properties <br />regarding infiltration programs or other associated costs. Mayor Tarver was concerned that the <br />agreement sets up potentially multiple rates for services. <br /> <br /> Mr. Cusenza stated that there is a possibility that they will pay more. Crhe agreement <br />provides that the Ruby Hill residents cannot pay less). He further explained that this agreement <br />does address the concern Mayor Tarver has regarding infiltration programs, etc. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico suggested that staff negotiate an agreement with Signature Properties to <br />incorporate in the CC&R's or notice that the residents there will be paying more that Pleasanton <br />residents. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, to approve the agreement <br />with City of Livermore for wastewater treatment and disposal services from the Ruby Hill <br />Project. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />$, MATI'ERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner pointed out that the committee that has been reviewing the Council's <br />policies will be discussing that portion of the agenda concerning Council' s introductory remarks <br />and will be reporting to Council in the near future. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked when the ordinance regarding campaign financing reform will be <br />considered. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush responded it would be coming to Council for consideration in March. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet announced that a call-in talk show regarding the General Plan will be <br />televised on Channel 30, January 25, 1994 (7:30-8:30 p.m.). <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet inquired about the status of General Plan survey and urged staff to <br />expedite the matter. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated that the RFP is due for the consultant on January 21, 1994 and will <br />be on the City Council the February 1, 1994 agenda. <br /> <br />01/18/94 <br /> 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
