-- A substitute motion was made by Ms. Michelotti, to approve staff recommendation except <br /> that on page 8 more discussion should be held regarding the businesses that were included late. <br /> She supported the consensus obligation. <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver requested an amendment to Mr. Pico's motion that discussion at the next <br /> meeting be restricted to consideration of the establishment of a fee on those projects with a <br /> condition. <br /> <br /> There was no support and the amendment was withdrawn. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti stated that she was not in favor of a fee over $100 per person and that <br /> the NPID refunds will go back to everyone except for Prudential which has agreed not to request <br /> all its refund. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Mayor Tarvet, to accept the staff <br /> recommendation, except for the part establishing the $100 fee per employee for conditioned <br /> projects, and continue the discussion as to what the amount of the park obligation will be. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta stated that this motion allows for staff to talk with AT&T representatives, <br /> as was done with the property owner, and at the same time it gives an opportunity to ~ to the <br /> three property owners that came into the process late. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis can support the motion with an amendment that what Council is looking at <br /> is a piece of land in Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, and seconded by Mayor Tarver, to accept the staff <br /> recommendation except for establishing a park obligation fee for conditioned projects at <br /> $100/employee and to continue the discussion as to what the amount of the park obligation for <br /> conditioned projects should be to the 12/11/95 agenda. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Pico and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: Councilmember Dennis and Michelotti <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, to continue Item 6A to <br /> the 12/11/95 agenda. <br /> <br /> 12/05/95 -19- <br /> <br /> <br />
